DALLAS & TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nov. 15, 2004–Tribridge, provider of business consulting services with offices across the southern United States, has partnered with General Datatech, provider of technology solutions for data and voice communications, on a winning proposal to drive integrated Cisco and Microsoft solutions. The winning proposal was announced at a recent event sponsored by Microsoft and International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners.

The proposal was developed for a pilot project established by Microsoft and Cisco, using Dallas as the test market. The collaboration plan was designed to market Cisco IP Telephony and Microsoft CRM Integrated Solutions. General Datatech will be responsible for the Cisco IP Phone and infrastructure component and Tribridge will be responsible for the Microsoft CRM solution. Tribridge can also integrate the total solution with some of Microsoft’s ERP Accounting systems for an even more comprehensive program.
