Shawn O’Grady, Chair and Chief Executive Officer

Shawn O’Grady is responsible for accelerating global expansion efforts, growing revenue, and multiplying customer value in an evolving technology and business landscape. With 35 years of IT industry experience and a track record for driving rapid organic and acquisition-based growth, Shawn is uniquely qualified to lead GDT into its next chapter. Shawn has led both private equity-backed firms and publicly traded companies and has built a reputation for value creation for customers, employees, and investors.

Dan Mosley, Chief Revenue Officer

Dan Mosley leads GDT’s global sales organization, overseeing strategy, execution, and results and driving customer alignment and success. As a people-centric leader, Dan prioritizes relationship-building across all aspects of the business and nurturing a company culture characterized by transparency, integrity, and communication. He has a long track record of fueling profitability and building and mentoring high-performance teams. Prior to joining GDT, Dan led the Americas sales organization at NTT, achieving 15% average YoY revenue growth. In his free time, he enjoys having fun with his family, cheering on his kids’ hockey teams, and traveling to new destinations.

Jeffrey Bannister, EVP Enterprise Services

Jeffrey Bannister leads the GDT global services strategy, solutions, and delivery organizations. With nearly four decades of experience across IT services, telecommunications, banking, and oil and gas industries, Jeffrey has helped some of the world’s largest companies navigate digital transformation through innovation. Jeffrey has expertise in building and growing services organizations globally and a proven history of enterprise customer acquisition.

Rick Haughey, Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer, Rick Haughey brings an impressive portfolio of experience to GDT, including 20 years of public accounting and management consulting and 10 years in the private sector. Rick has worked with a wide array of customer service-focused companies, from large concepts to regional brands seeking to execute internal and external growth initiatives and transformational plans. In his previous leadership role at Riveron Consulting, Rick helped drive efficiencies, operational changes, and data-driven reporting that led to top-line and bottom-line growth for his clients. Rick lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, four kids, and three dogs. He is an avid soccer fan and loves mountain biking and watersports with his family.

Dave Arcemont, Chief People Officer

As chief people officer, Dave Arcemont is focused on enhancing, communicating, and driving GDT’s strategic vision while increasing GDT’s competitive advantage by attracting, developing, and retaining the most talented associates in the industry. Dave is an accomplished, hands-on business leader who develops and drives transformational strategies that achieve growth and competitive business results. Areas of expertise range from strategy development to mergers and acquisitions to organizational design to change management and culture transformation.

Ed Jolly, Chief Information & Technology Officer

As chief technology officer, Ed Jolly oversees GDT systems infrastructure, applications, security, networks, and future architectures as well as the teams that support them. His primary focus is delivering business transformation and secure, connected, and high-value experiences and solutions to customers, partners, and employees. Ed has a broad range of experience and expertise in corporate IT strategy, planning, and infrastructure management. Ed resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife and family. When he is not learning emerging technologies, he can be found enjoying time outdoors or cheering on his alma mater in SEC football.
