To reduce our carbon footprint, GDT implements sustainable practices in our business operations to promote energy efficiency and minimize waste products. GDT also works with suppliers that focus on sustainable and responsible environmental practices.

Environmental Sustainability
As part of GDT’s commitment to environmental sustainability, our headquarters campus in Dallas, TX, is a LEED Certified Gold facility, as named by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Sustainable Packaging
In 2023, GDT utilized 100% of original vendor packaging to forward non-consolidated or multipart orders when the original shipping carton was not damaged. Fifty percent of packaging for damaged and consolidation orders will be replaced with recycled packaging solutions by the end of 2024.
Waste Reduction
As part of our goal of reducing landfill waste annually, GDT will return up to 80% of all end-of-use Cisco equipment that is removed from the GDT U.S.-based internal infrastructure to Cisco by the end of 2025.
