Dallas, TX – Dallas-based technology integrator GDT today announced Meg Gordon has been named Director of Service Operations, effective immediately. As Director of Service Operations, Gordon will be focused on streamlining and enhancing Launch processes and Project methodology.
Gordon is an IT service management and PMO specialist with 15+ years of experience, and specializes on controls, processes and metrics centered around quoting and project delivery. Prior to joining GDT, Gordon had her own consulting company that focused on PMO best practices and driving continuous improvement through organizations. She previously worked at NEC Corporation of America for over 14 years and departed as Vice President of Service Delivery, where she was responsible for over 260 employees.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, and is ITIL v3 Foundation certified.
