With seven years of experience, starting in IT recruiting and sales before transitioning to Human Resources, Sydney brings a wealth of people skills to her role. Sydney’s efforts have helped GDT achieve Great Place To Work certification in the United States and India and earn awards such as Top Workplaces 2025 and Fortune Best Workplaces. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her favorite Oklahoma sports teams, staying active, and spending quality time with her family and dog.
