General Datatech (GDT) Expands West Coast Presence with Acquisition of Integrated Archive Systems (IAS)

DALLAS, Texas, March 2, 2020 — General Datatech (GDT), an award-winning technology integration partner, today announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Integrated Archive Systems (IAS), a full-service solution integrator. Founded in 1994 and based in Palo Alto, California, IAS provides solutions and services to help clients manage data in an efficient, cost effective, and scalable fashion.

 

The acquisition of IAS enables GDT to expand its West Coast footprint as a leading provider of IT integration services and products. The transaction follows GDT’s recent growth in the region, which has become an increasingly active region for the company, while enhancing the company’s differentiated value proposition to customers in the region.
