Dallas, TX, August 23, 2024 — Global IT solutions provider General Datatech (GDT) announced that it has acquired MDS Global IT (MDS) to expand its international unified collaboration and contact center practice.
MDS’s deep expertise in Cisco Unified Collaboration and Unified Contact Center Enterprise positions GDT to meet the critical needs of existing customers while complementing GDT’s core capabilities in networking, data center modernization, and security. MDS currently serves customers in the healthcare, retail, banking, technology, and manufacturing industries.

Dziubinski established MDS with his late partner Mohit Bawa in 2017 to meet a critical need they observed in the market. Dziubinski and the full MDS team will transition to GDT over the next 3-6 months. MDS is headquartered in Richardson, TX, and the services delivery team is located in New Delhi, India.
