DALLAS, TX – November 6, 2020 – General Datatech (GDT), a leading global provider of enterprise networking infrastructure and data center solutions, today announced the promotions of Tom Ducatelli to CEO and Roshni Dasgupta to COO/CFO.
Ducatelli and Dasgupta will assume their roles immediately, and founder JW Roberts will assume the role of Chairman, providing ongoing executive and technical guidance and leadership.

Tom Ducatelli has spent nearly three decades transforming technology-focused businesses from product-centric to solutions-centric sales and operations models. Prior to joining GDT in 2017 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he held similar roles at PCM, Zones Inc., Tech Data, CompuCom, and more. Ducatelli is adept at developing transformational sales and marketing strategies, developing new business markets and applying cross-functional leadership efforts to accelerate revenue, profits and business within information technology focused companies.
Roshni Dasgupta is a highly accomplished, results-oriented executive with nearly two decades of experience in building and directing large international operations in accounting, finance, analytics and strategy for multi-billion dollar companies. Prior to joining GDT in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, she held similar roles at Sanden International, Lennox International, Amgen, and more.
