Dallas, TX – Dallas-based technology and systems integrator GDT today announced Meg Gordon has been named Vice President of Services Operations, effective immediately. In her new role, Gordon will be focused on delivering an enhanced customer experience to GDT clients by enhancing everything from project management and engineering delivery, to price quoting and the streamlining of project methodology.
According to GDT President Vinod Muthuswamy, “This will allow us to deliver a better experience to our Customers from Quoting, Project Management to Engineering Delivery. In the short period of time that Meg has been with GDT, she has had a huge impact on the transformation of the processes and I am extremely confident in her ability to lead this organization through the next phase of growth.”
Gordon is an IT service management and PMO specialist with 15+ years of experience, and specializes on controls, processes and metrics centered around quoting and project delivery. Prior to joining GDT, Gordon had her own consulting company that focused on PMO best practices and driving continuous improvement through organizations.
Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, and is ITIL v3 Foundation certified.
