He began his journey as a System Engineer and has steadily grown into a strategic leader. Anthony is passionate about driving operational excellence and fostering a customer-first culture. His leadership is rooted in delivering measurable results and continuously raising the bar for service delivery.
How long have you been with GDT, and what does your role entail?
Anthony: I’ve been with GDT for three years, leading offshore service delivery operations for global infrastructure clients and overseeing NOC functions. I prepare skilled resources through strategic training aligned with leadership forecasts, ensuring cost-effective execution. My role also involves driving global initiatives to enhance services and streamline processes for dedicated and leveraged customers.
Can you describe your team, their role here at GDT, and your team dynamics?
Anthony: My team is responsible for offshore service delivery operations, primarily supporting global infrastructure clients. We oversee NOC functions and ensure seamless service delivery through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination. The team dynamic is built on agility, continuous skill development, and collaboration.
What goals or initiatives has your team focused on in 2025?
Anthony: In 2025, our team prioritized cross-training across network, security, and collaboration to boost adaptability. We aimed to increase offshore utilization to above 85% for optimal resource efficiency. A key focus was driving automation across service delivery to enhance performance. These initiatives were designed to elevate customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What’s a recent win—big or small—that made you proud?
Anthony: I identified team members with strong managerial potential and guided them through targeted training. As a result, GDT promoted them to People/Delivery Manager roles. It’s a proud moment.
Who or what inspires you in your career?
Anthony: I’m always inspired by individuals who take ownership and perform their duties without needing reminders from others or leaders. In that sense, my partner has been a powerful influence. She taught me that your work should speak for itself and not require constant supervision.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Anthony: In five years, I have envisioned leading expansive global delivery service operations, championing automation and resource efficiency. My goal is to influence enterprise-wide transformation through strategic leadership. I also aspire to mentor emerging talent and cultivate future leaders.
What’s one professional goal you’re currently working toward?
Anthony: One professional goal I’m currently working toward is strengthening global service delivery through advanced automation and strategic resource optimization. This includes building versatile, cross-functional teams and mentoring emerging leaders to scale operational excellence across divisions. It’s about creating a future-ready organization that delivers both innovation and customer impact.
What’s your favorite GDT core value, and how do you see it in action?
Anthony: My favorite GDT core values are innovation and accountability. I actively encourage my team to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches. This fosters ownership and sparks out-of-the-box solutions that drive impactful outcomes.
If you weren’t in your current role, what would you be doing?
Anthony: I’d be pursuing farming in my native hometown. It’s a passion rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and a deep connection to the land.
Tell us more about yourself outside of work. What are your hobbies and interests?
Anthony: Outside of work, I’m a family-oriented person who finds joy in spending time with loved ones. I’m passionate about cricket and enjoy guiding and helping others selflessly. Music, storybooks, and short articles are my go-to hobbies for relaxation and reflection.
I take pride in being empathetic and often consider others’ perspectives, even when it’s not easy for me. My personal values revolve around kindness, understanding, and lifelong curiosity.
