On March 27th, GDT Network Engineer Jade Thorpe presented, as part of the GDT DevOps team’s weekly Lunch & Learn series, information about Ansible, which is a radically simple IT automation platform that makes your applications and systems easier to deploy. Avoid writing scripts or custom code to deploy and update your applications— automate in a language that approaches plain English, using SSH, with no agents to install on remote systems. Jade explores some of the basics of Ansible, and delves into ways it can make your workflows more reliable and repeatable.
