DIR Contracts

General Datatech, L.P. offers services for telecommunications through this contract, including: support services and technology services. Managed services includes hosted solutions. Support services includes network readiness assessments. Technology services includes management of call processing architecture. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas. Resellers are not available for this contract.

  1. Using Appendix C DIR Sample SOW, Customer drafts scope and requirements based on end-user needs
  2. Submit to one or more Vendors
  3. Negotiate with vendor to finalize SOW
  4. Vendor submits final SOW to DIR prior to signing
  5. DIR approves, agreement (SOW) is signed between Vendor and Customer
  6. Generate a purchase order made payable to General Datatech, L.P. and you must reference either DIR Contract DIR-TSO-4050  on your purchase order. E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative, and work begins
